Behavioral Health Services

The Center for Student Support Services had placed school-based mental health therapists in a consortium of 15 high-need schools. Students received continuous mental health counseling, referrals and educational services. In addition, school staff in recipient schools received PBIS, complex trauma, and other training. Because of this grant funded work, NEWESD 101 is currently pursuing licensure to be able to provide behavioral health services to interested schools through a blended funding model.
